How It Works

Sign a PDF

  1. Drag and drop a PDF file onto the upload area, or click to browse
  2. Choose Draw to sketch your signature, or Type to render it in a handwriting-style font
  3. Pick an ink color for your signature
  4. Navigate to the page you want to sign using the arrows
  5. Click Place on Current Page to drop the signature onto the preview
  6. Drag it into position, resize it with the corner handle, or remove it with the red dot
  7. Repeat to sign additional pages, then click Download Signed PDF

Privacy & Security

  • All processing happens locally in your browser using pdf-lib and PDF.js
  • Your PDF files are never uploaded to any server
  • No data is stored or transmitted
  • Works completely offline once the page is loaded

Tips

  • Signatures use a transparent background, so they sit cleanly over existing text
  • Drawn signatures are automatically cropped to the ink you draw
  • You can place a signature on more than one page — each stays on its own page
  • Use a dark ink color for the most legible result on white documents
